Philip is a highly experienced executive coach and a leader in the development of the coaching profession. A Master Certified Coach with 17 years’ professional coaching experience, he is a gifted facilitator of in-depth change and growth. His passion is to partner his clients in the process of achieving their full potential.
Working with business leaders and senior management teams in the UK, Europe, Asia and North America, Philip’s clients are people whose roles and responsibilities call for increasing personal maturity, leadership, clarity and courage in increasingly demanding complex environments.

Philip served for 4 years as a Director of the Global Board of the International Coach Federation (2008 – 2011) and was Co-President of the UK ICF (2004). In 2003 he co-founded Coaching Development Ltd which provides in-depth training for professional coaches, and built the company into an internationally respected, leading edge, coach training organisation.
