James is dedicated to helping people, teams and organisations transform themselves and enjoy excellent and sustainable results. He’s a highly trained and experienced coach and workshop leader who has supported corporate clients in major companies throughout the world.
In 2008 James became one of only 74 International Coach Federation Professional Certified Coaches in the UK. A published author, his unique take on workplace skills have twice formed the basis of articles in the Financial Times and he’s been featured in the FT Weekend magazine.
James is also a dedicated community activist, leading a successful local campaign to shut down a persistent on-street drugs and sex market that dominated the area of West London he and his wife moved into to start a family. This was achieved through close collaboration with the Police, Housing Associations and Council.
In 2014 he was awarded the British Empire Medal for his local activism with the citation reading: ‘for services to Notting Hill’.
